Are you thinking of buying a property in the Valencia area? Are you nervous about putting one of the biggest decisions you´ve ever made in the hands of an estate agent? Not clear about costs, commissions, taxes and hidden extras? Do you need documentation translated or arranged? Do you need to get the kids into a school pdq? Do you need a good local builder, English or Spanish? Do you need Spanish classes? Do you just want to come and clarify something with an independent consultant?

At FastForward (yes, it´s written as one word!) we don´t claim to have the best selection of properties in the area, we don´t even have a selection and don´t pretend to be what we´re not. We are, however, proud of what we do know, and that´s the Valencia region, specifically the Vall d´Albaida and surrounding regions, where we have all lived and worked for a total of over 30 years. That counts for something; and when it comes to moving to another country, you can´t afford to put that decision into the hands of someone who just wants the commission from the sale.

We advise on schools. We have a long list of contacts for all sorts of services: Drain cleaning, building, skip hire, plumbers, electricians, doctors, dentists etc.
Do we do all this for free? Now that would be too good to be true! Our first consultation is free. This is when we sit down with you at our offices and together decide exactly what you need. Thereafter, we charge a flat hourly rate for all our services, whether it´s translation, phone calls or site visits or just coming with you to book a hair appointment.
